A Memorable Trail Moment: Bartram Trail, Georgia - April 1997. "We had rain, thunder, and lightening and had to get up at 5am to evacuate the bald for fear of getting struck. We sat in the rain for an hour just down the mountain in the pitch black until the lightening passed."
