Hike Summary: | The trail had a pretty steady incline straight to the top, with a fairly open summit, head straight at the loop junction for a longer hike to the summit, or take the left trail to ascend a little more quickly. About .7 miles from the top you will see where the two trails meet again, at which point you can decide to go back the way you came or make it a loop on your way out. the Summit provides a rock ledge that gives a view of the lake below and some mountains, but the view is obstructed by trees below the summit. the summit does provide for full sun though, if it is nice out. |
