| Hike Summary: | I had my husband drop of me and my daughter kimi at dicks creek gap along hwy 76 just outside of hiawassee georgia at 7pm. Since it was going to get dark pretty quick we only hiked a mile north on the appalachian trail until we found a nice camping spot on the hill to the right. There were two guys already camping there but it was a big enough camping spot that they said we could set up our tent and stay there as well especially since it was almost dark. |
