Hike Summary: | Beautiful hike through the Santa Anita Canyon. The Winter Trails loop also links to the Studervant Falls Trail, which is an in and out trail, about 1.5 miles long. It is worth the hike to the falls, which is a fairly easy hike in. The last 1/4 mile of the hike is strenuous, steep climb up an asphalt road. There are several stream crossings, which generally have logs or rocks to skip over without getting wet. It is a well traveled path, and gets busy on weekends, so get there early for parking. Wilderness Permit is required. |
