Hike Summary: This is a very nice loop hike near Tampa FL. You pass through mixed hardwood and palm, sand hill, as well as a beautiful section along the river. The only reason this does not get a 5 star is because development has reached the north park border and you can see (and hear) new houses and the golf course right off the trail for a small part of the northernmost section. During wet season part of the trail is underwater. I hike this trail a few times a year. The pics here are from March 04. I have my eldest daughter with me on this trek.
