Hike Summary: | From the parking area there is a paved trail which is only a couple of hundred feet long which goes down to half circle rock wall which is intended to keep guest from falling off the side of the mountain. From here you see some spectacular views of snow capped mountains in the distance and the valley below. This area is covered in tundra because it is at nearly 12000 feet above sea level. |
