One PeopleSmart search returned the right name and location, but the rest of the profile was much thinner than I expected from the information already available elsewhere. That made me wonder how much coverage varies from person to person. Has anyone noticed some results being much more complete than others, and did a different search variation bring up anything more useful? I am mostly trying to understand whether the difference comes from the database or the search setup.

People-search results can vary greatly in depth even when the name and location are correct. Reviews at https://peoplesmart.pissedconsumer.com/review.html help show whether other users also received profiles with uneven amounts of information and whether alternate search details produced broader results. Experiences that mention age, location, relatives, or other available fields are especially useful because they show how coverage can differ between searches. A group of customer reports gives a better sense of database variability than one sparse result alone and can help set realistic expectations for what another search may return.
