Trip Report: The Endless Wall is an unbroken cliff line that follows the rim of the New River Gorge. This trail is popular among rock climbers and there are several rock climbing stations location just off from the main trail. I started from the Fern Creek Trailhead in the east parking lot and headed up the trail. Next there was a small wooden bridge that crosses Fern Creek. Heading up the trail past the creek you will soon come to the first overlook. This is not the "Diamond Point" lookout, but it does provide great views. Continue on the trail and there will be one more lookout location before you reach Diamond Point. All lookout locations have excellent views. I continued the trail and passed several rock climbing stations that have fixed ladders. There are great views from above and down below the ladders. Continued trail to the west parking lot. Don't forget the camera and use caution near the edges!!!
