Trip Report: Can't add a whole lot to what Tartan has said except to say that the other fairly strenuous hike in the park is worth doing - the one to pinacle Mt. No views from the summit but nice ones from a rock face that is about .5 miles from the summit. Also - wanted to add a few pictures. The hike to Table rock is very rewarding and the rock face itself is a great place to rest and have lunch before heading back. You might even see some climbers arriving via the rock face.
<b>From the rock face</b><br> That's Six Mile mountain in the distance. Not the closest one but the one farther out.
<b>The Stool</b><br> Where the Great Spirit sat when he ate from the table. (At least I think that's the legend.) That's Paris Mountain in the far distance, the little bump on the horizon. If we had cleaner air, you would see it much better. Not ten years ago it was crystal clear.
