On the way back from fishing in Arizona, Que Paso and I decided to take the kids to see The Catwalk. It was a littel warm, but the weather was clear so we headed out onto the trial. The first couple of hundred feet are actually on a steel frame walkway supported by the old water pipe brackets, but after that its just a dirt trail. You can look over the walkway and see trout swimming in the crystal clear water below. We actually intended to go further than we did, but two people were in flip flops, and Holly the Wonder Dog gave out fro the heat and the large stairs on the trail. Its a beautiful hike, and I suggest taking the time if you are anywhere near. |
