Trip Report: I started this hike from a different location than usual. I Left Milard campground and took the trail to the falls. Then climbed up the hillside, at a white marker, and went above the falls to reach the upper canyon.

I did not record point-to-point times.

I left lower millard canyon at 9:30
I returned to the falls at 1:30

I saw no other hikers, but picked up five pieces of garbage in th first mile.
There was also fresh graffitti on some of the trees(mother-f*#±ers!).Every tree for the first 1 1/2 mile are carved up. This is a front range canyon. That was just as disappointing this second time.

Aside from that, the weather was great, the traffic was non-existant. Maybe I will only hike this canyon in the "off" season fron now on.
