Trip Report: Great trip. Again, this entire area has alligators and poisonous snakes all over the place so use caution.
We ran up to Hilton Head for the day and on the way back we noticed the refuge and decided to walk off our pizza lunch. Luckily we had stopped for water on our way back to Savannah because we drank it all.

Great trails, great scenery, great lack of a lot of traffic. We didn't see a lot of wildlife, however, it was the hot part of the day.

It was okay, I like the Savannah NWR better as it's more visitor friendly, meaning, we felt less free to roam around at Pinkney.

There are some really easy hikes and some that will take you a while so good training trails.
