Hike Summary: | Hike begins behind the swimming pool and campground on an what resembles an old logging road. The trail turns right and goes down a small hill traversing down two small ladders before reaching the valley and following a river. At mile 2.2 there is a very nice campsite for backpackers along the river on the right hand side. Approximately a 1/2 mile further the trail turns left and goes to an old homestead before climbing the hill on the old road bed once again and returning to the pool and campground where you began. |
