Hike Summary: | This is a short hike which is fairly easy to hike. There is a sign which marks the beginning of the trail leaving the parking area. After a 1/2 mile down a hill it becomes a looping trail. If you go right you will see the top of the water fall quicker. The trail winds around crossing a bridge over the creek which feeds the water fall and then it descends down to cross underneath the water fall via a cave before ascending back up to meet the begining of the loop where you will continue to climb the hill until you reach the parking area. Of course there is a very short side trail which you can follow down to the base of the water fall where there is a small swimming hole and it feeds into a small creek. There are elevated walkways across a few spots along the trail that tend to get slick when it rains so it pays to be careful. |
