Hike Summary: | Started hike from the Station Cove Falls trail parking lot. Oconee Station Trail start is just across the road. The hike is an easy 1.5mi. loop around a small lake. After we completed that loop we took the trail to Station Cove Falls. The 1/2mi. out then back is also an easy hike. Approximately half way there in the left side bottom was an active beaver dam. You can go to the base of the falls but take care on the slippery rocks. |
