Hike Summary: | The Beaver Pond Nature Trail is an easy hike for the whole family. Start at the ranger station for a longer hike (1.3 miles). You will cross Park Road after a short way and then head down to the beaver pond, where the trail loops around it. From there you will retrace your earlier steps back to the ranger station. A shorter hike can be done by starting at the Park Road Trailhead. Early morning or late afternoon is a good time to do this hike. Wildlife is active at these times and sightings are likely. |
