Hike Summary: | This is once again a very popular place for hikers. Bring your dog but keep them on a leash. On this hike you will encounter plenty of waterfalls, lava, and wildflowers as it gradually climbs alongside Fall Creek. You will come to your first lake after about 4.5 miles, but continue your hike around all of the lakes for another 3 miles. During the summer months this trail can be crowded. You can always chose to do as little or as much as you want. I have had friends that have stayed over night just to really take in the beauty. Leave the trails better than you found them! |
