Hike Summary: This hike crosses 2 passes and a third is a short few hundred yards from Pitamakan Pass. The hike up to the passes are difficult because of the rate of elevation change, but the trails are very well marked. So much so that a map is not really required. The daily mileages aren't all that much, but it leaves opportunities to enjoy the scenery and also gives you time in the morning and evenings to relax and not rush things. There is a shuttle service that runs along Going to the Sun Road at certain times of year, but I don't know of one that runs to Two Medicine, so you will have to plan for a ride or hitchhike back like we did. See trip reports for pictures of individual days and seasonal information.

Elevation Gain = 6707 ft. Elevation Lost = 5955 ft.
