| Hike Summary: | Wildwood Park is a multi-use area that covers 28 acres next to Life University and the Dobbins Air Force base in Marietta, GA. There are two 1/2 miles of hiking trails, a 1 mile jogging trail, and picnic pavilions, a playground, and a 1.4 acre fenced area for dogs to roam off leash here. You have two options for hiking. You can do the ~1.2 mile outer loop, or combine it with a series of shorter trails that cut across the outer ring. For being next to an Air Force base and a University - the park is surprisingly wooded and is suitable for all ages. Woodland Park closes at sunset. |
