Hike Summary: | This hike starts at the Ole' Barn Knoll trail head shortly afterwards the Elk trail and Mule Deer trail will join together to create a 7.4 mile loop. The Mule Deer trail winds through several open meadows, and the forest before it intersects the black bear trail at mile 1.5 it continues to wind up and down before then intersecting the horse shoe trail at approximately mile 1.85 and then the Coyote trail at mile 2.05. Then the trail crosses Gap Road where it takes you towards the Raccoon trail and the Reverend’s Ridge Campground before returning to the ole' barn knoll where it began. |
