| Hike Summary: | The hike starts out in the center of town and follows country roads winding through clusters of cottages. Once the trail finally begins to catch some elevation, the trees become more dense. The trail eventually leaves the pavement and follows a dirt road before becoming a narrow, normal hiking trail. The last 15 minute leg of the trail before reaching the top is the steepest (especially when there is 6 inches of snow on the ground!). |
