Biography: | I come from a family that loves the outdoors. My father used to take me to Yosemite National and we would hike for what seemed like forever. My mother used to drive my father two hours into the mountain so that he could ride his bike back into the city. Now that my parents have gotten older, the children took on their legacy. When we moved to Georgia one of the first things we did was go up to the Blue Ridge Mtns. I now live at the foot of Kennesaw Mtn and run the Kolb's Farm loop every other day. The outdoor like is the life for me! |
My Best Hike: | Jacks River Falls |
Best Hike Description: | This 45 min hike in the Cohutta Wilderness up in Cisco, GA is absolutely beautiful with the majesty of nature at your fingertips. We caught rattlesnakes, water moccasins, and have heard of reports of Bears. I love the adventure and when we get tired the falls are there. The 20 foot jumps into sweet cold water makes me want to go right now! Even though its probably freezing up there. |
My Worst Hike: | Jacks River Falls |
Worst Hike Description: | T.Massey decided to hike in flip-flops, he cut his foot up real bad, i had to lend him my Keens and we had to sprint back to the car cause we skipped school and had to get back by 4. I ran in Flip-flops, not fun. |
A Memorable Trail Moment: | My dad throwing my sister off a waterfall in Yosemite Natnl when she was an infant, and her slipping in between my uncles arms and the scare they had. |
Dumbest Trail Move: | Chacos. They cut up your big toe. |
