Directions: From Corning, Ohio, head east out of town on Waterworks Road Southeast for approximately 1.6 miles. Turn right onto Irish Ridge Road Southeast and after approximately 0.5 miles, the parking lot for the Monroe Overlook will be on the right. The Wildcat Hollow trailhead can be accessed by walking back north on Irish Ridge Road for short a distance.

Hike Summary: The Wildcat Hollow Trail consists of an upper 15-mile loop, which is good for backpacking, and a five-mile lower loop, which is good for day hikes. This particular hike consisted of a two-day clockwise traverse of the upper loop, which includes sections of beautiful pine forests, open meadows, meandering streams, and rock outcroppings.
