This hike is designed to revolve around one big hill going over through two samll hills with steep slopes of approximately 250 to 350 footsteps. The rest of the trail has enjoyable small ups and downs that provide a gentle cardio workout. The length of the hike would be around 2.5 + miles which would be covered in about one and half hours at normal easy pace.
