| Hike Summary: | If you go down right from the parking lot, I hope you have strong quads when you have to return. But here is an insider tip, there is another trail about 100yards up towards the tunnel. It follows a ledge overhang. At least its not straight down! There is a nice cool stream at the botton of the canyon. The bad part is that there is a lot of trash and graiffti on the rocks. It used to be so nice. So if you go try to make a difference and pack some trash out. If you go down stream there is a wreakage of an old cement truck, you can see the frame on the way down the trail. |
