Directions: From Asheville, take NC 280 S 17 miles to US 276 towards Waynesville. Go 1 mi and turn left into the campgroud and the Art Loed trailhead lot. Leave a shuttle car at the trailhead near the Daniel Boone Boy Scout Camp off Little East Fork Road.

Sounds pretty good to me, AND it's close to our parents place in Tn. This sounds like a good hike for June. Some looks around the web also mentioned this warning:
