    I am currently looking at several states to work and live in the USA. I saw a video on YouTube that North Carolina is in need of workers. I am interested in this moment and why is this trend happening now?

    In general, as far as I know, this is not the only state in America that is currently experiencing a labor shortage. In my opinion, this is due to the demographics of the country and the world. Many countries are currently experiencing an aging population. I just googled why this is happening in this state and found an article about North Carolina’s Labor Shortage in 2025 on the eb3.work website, check it out. Looks like I was right about the demographics 🙂
