How can you be sure that you are buying quality frying oil and that you will not lose vitamins when heating it? So, I spent a lot of money on a low-quality product and when heating it during frying an unpleasant smell appeared, what could this indicate?

When frying, it is really important to consider what it should be olive oil burn point, so as not to lose vitamins. In such cases, you should choose first-grade oil, which will be GMO-free. If your oil emits an unpleasant odor even at low temperatures, this indicates that this manufacturer is of poor quality.
