Have you heard from your friend about the entire process? My friend and I are currently applying for EB-3 visas to move there together. We haven’t fully understood all the steps yet because we address problems as they arise. We are currently at the first stage, PERM labor certification, so we are waiting. In general, as far as I know, the whole process takes about three years, but it varies for everyone.
