My business ships home decor in mid-size batches to Europe. We’re not at the scale to fill a 40-ft container every month, and airfreight is getting too expensive. I’ve heard about options for partial shipments, but don’t really understand how it works or who offers that service. Is there a reliable company that handles mixed cargo and explains the logistics clearly?

Yep, been there. We’re a boutique furniture brand and had the same issue — regular shipments, but not big enough for full containers. We got in touch with Sea Gate Logistic and they’ve been awesome. They specialize in consolidated cargo, which basically means grouping shipments from different businesses into one container. We shipped from India alongside a textile company and a tool supplier — all different clients, but one clean shipment. Sea Gate handled the planning, paperwork, and customs like pros. They also delivered to two destinations in Europe from the same shipment, which saved us a ton on inland logistics. Plus, they were super transparent — no hidden fees, no surprises. If you’re doing steady but smaller volumes, definitely give them a look.
