Hike Summary: | The first part of the hike it doesn't look like much. You actually go under an over pass of a major highway. But soon you are walking along a stream in the deep woods. A lot of the trail is level and sandy. But there are also places you have to be extremely careful. Low rock ledges to hit your head and cliffs to fall over. There are cables to prevent falling over the cliff. Also near the end of the hike the trail is VERY steep and muddy. There are cables to use here also. It is not recommended that you hike this trail on the weekends in the summer. |
