Hike Summary: | Easy Hike along paved trail to Mirror Lake where you can see the reflections of the surrounding cliffs and mountains in the water. Pool will dry up come late summer/fall so best to go in late winter/spring when the snowmelt fills the still pool. Trail runs along the river and there are several small cascades and waterfalls along the way. You can bike and take pets most of the way, but hiking from the lower pool up to the upper portion of mirror lake pets and bikes are not allowed. Cars with a handicap pass can drive up to the lower lake as well. There is an optional shuttle from Curry Village which would cut 1 mile off the trek each way. |
