    Has anyone found a good way to manage incoming customer messages without hiring more staff? I’m drowning in DMs and emails lately and need something smarter than a shared inbox.

    Hey folks! I got an email from a tech newsletter I follow, and they casually mentioned this early-stage AI system designed for growing businesses. Decided to give it a look, and what really caught my eye was how it supports you like a human assistant, without actually being one. You can already try signing up for the ai agent for customer service and be part of the waitlist. Some beta users are already using it, which made me less skeptical.
