    Do you think the lunch break during a cricket match is just for rest and recuperation, or do players also use it to analyze the game and change their strategy to influence the course of the match?

    Of course, the lunch break in cricket is primarily an opportunity for players to rest and recuperate. It is also a psychological reset and a time when coaches can boost team morale. The lunch break in cricket can change the course of the game.
