    Just read the October issue of Backpacker and the story on John Donovan. It seems odd that two groups (including the couple from Dallas) could get lost in virtually the same place with no way of getting out. Has anyone hiked here before that can comment on the area?

    This reminds me of the story of Steven Kubacki who went hiking in Colorado one day and then turned up in Florida! The weird part is that he had no idea how he even got from one state to the other. Must have been one heck of a hike if you ask me!
