Hike Summary: Moderate traffic with many people from various states hiking. AT passes through Walasi-Yi which incidentally got struck by lightning as we ate dinner under a tarp on their front porch, scary. Also the Chattahoochee river begins as a stream during the section just before Unicoi Gap. Some nice campsites and views including Blood Mountain and "the perch".
