Directions: From the intersection of US 76 and Hwy 183 on the west side of Westminster, drive west on US 76 for 7.1 miles to the 2nd right onto Cobbs Bridge Road. Turn right onto Cobbs Bridge Road and drive 1.4 miles to Spy Rock Road (FS748). Turn left on Spy Rock Road (a gravel road) and drive 1.8 miles to FS 748C on the right. You can park on the side of FS 748C or proceed approx 120 yards on FS 748C to a small parking area.

Hike Summary: From the intesection of FS 748 and FS748C, hike east on 748C approx 0.5 miles. Bear right at the fork in the road and hike to a small parking area. (If you take it easy, FS 748C is passable with caution. Those wanting to shorten the hike, can drive to this parking lot if desired.) Immediately after the parking area, follow the sign for the Riley Moore Waterfalls. Hike the well-defined trail 0.7 miles to the falls.
