Dog Friendly Trails in SE Tn...Suggestions

Looking for a dog friendly trail to do in East Tn or North Ga that is also friendly to 6 yr old kids. Any suggestions? Maybe something near Tellico Plains.

Anything on the A.T. should be pretty friendly to both. Have you done the Hump Mountains? Awesome:
