TRAIL IS WELL MARK WITH CONCERETE PILLERS EVERY MILE BEEN ON TRAIL TWICE ONCE WITH MY BOY AND ONCE WITH MY GIRLFRIEND FROM IOWA SHE ENDED UP WITH MAJOR BLISTERS WHILE WALKING BUT GOT TO LOVE HER SHE WENT 12 MILES WITH THEM THE ONLY THINK U HAVE TO BE AWARE OF IS TRAIL TOWNS THAT ARE MARKED ON MAP OPEN IN SUMMER ONLY
